I'm Jim from Detroit and I'm new to this group. I have two sailboats that I use in Northern Michigan a Hobie 21SE and a E Scow. I am very interested in the RC 30 and the RC 27. Does anyone on this site have either of these boats.

RC-27
There are several RC-27 owners on this list but it appears we seldom check in, hence also my late response. I like the RC-27 so much that I have two of them. I just shipped another one back to the U.S. (from Switzerland where I am based) where it will sail out of Newport and Marblehead.
Unfortunately I am not aware of any RC-27 or RC-30 in the Detroit area. Most of the U.S. boats are on the East Coast, none is on the West Coast.
