ARC22 dolphin striker post
My 22 is about 5 years old should I remove the entire assembly and clean/regrease or just add somemore grease? Also what tension should be applied to the spreader wires for the prebend?

Thom,
You could take the post out and clean the inside of the beam, but it is doubtful that it would be necessary. Just give it some fresh grease and as long as it moves up and down freely when sailing it should not be necessary to remove it from the beam.
In the back of your owners manual there is a section dedicated to the mast and more specifically pre-bend. If you need to adjust the diamond wires, You need to follow that section EXACTLY to ensure that the mast is properly setup. Unless you have unrigged the mast for some reason it is unlikely that any adjustment will be necessary to the diamond wires.
