reassembly ARC21

When reassembling the beams onto the hulls, is there any special preparation of the bolts recommended? Grease?
I there supposed to be silicone around the bolt holes to stop water intrusion?
The aluminum blocks that are inside the beams have arrows on them, which way do they point?
Rudder assembly, mine has a plasticlike sheet material that protects the rudders from the assembly, is that an ARC part or an add on?
IS there an assembly manual available for the ARC21?
Thanks for your replies,

Hi Eric,
1) Don't use silicone, just put a good marine grade grease on the beam bolts before installing them in the hull. This will help prevent galling, corrosion, etc. With the bolts properly installed water intrusion should not be an issue.
2) The Arrows on the moon washers should point toward the centerline of each HULL. Be careful installing them in the forward beam, they fit very closely to the tramp track and can get wedged in there crooked if your not paying attention.
3) If the plastic sheet is black and cut to match the rudder casting then yes it is probably factory original.
4) Drop Tom an email regarding the manual, he should be able to help you out with that one.

I want to reapply the non skid section next. Can this portion be rolled without reducer in the paint?

or... is there another technique? I have a can of Pettit skidless compound that I intend to mix with the paint and roll on after taping off.

Eric,
Your best bet on this one is to give Tom a call. I am not sure to the exact details for applying the non-skid and I am sure he has a few tricks that will make it go on easier.
