Re: Where are you?
I am not sure what I am going to do. I will probably end up
"not selling" the ARC. It is looking sweet and I have a lot of sweat equity and $$$ into it right now. New trampollines, new jib, I ordered a main from Coconut Grove Sails yesterday, new paint, new tiller, new rigging. I can't see selling it for $10,000.00 yet I can't see many people willing to pay that either.
If I do, F18, I20 or Tornado, I am not sure.

Re: Where are you?
Eric, They are great boats, good luck selling. I picked up a used 19 last year from a seller in Melbourne. Buyer beware! I should have known better, he didn't disclose the damage under the paint and I'm in the process of making repairs. Nasty work for a do it your self'er.
Hope to be back on the water before April.

Re: Where are you?
Hey Hot Shot,
I'm down in Stuart Florida. Just arranged to get some space in an indoor warehouse where I can resume refurb work on the 19. I know what you mean about the boat, getting crew is always a challenge. The only thing worse than a broken boat is having one ready to go, great conditions and no crew!
The day before I ran into trouble we were out in a steady +20 with 6 on the boat. A friend of mine who owns the house on Lake Mangonia, my 240 Lb brother his lady friend and two girl friends she brought along to go sailing. With all that weight we were still throwing out a vapor trail.
Good to hear from you.
